We are the boutique of joy

Bringing happiness to people is what we do. We believe that life should be enjoyed and every moment cherished. At fairygardens.co.nz, we work within nature to bring out and celebrate it's beauty.

We started by building a small food forest and become so fascinated with how nature quickly started helping and leading the way, that we decided to continually expand it. While it is still small, nature has taken over the role of curator and we have become observers of the diverse and beautiful environment, while snacking on some of the most gorgeous tasting herbs, fruit and vegetables.

We planted an orchard with trees that give us year-round fruit. After planting the tiny orchard with 80 trees, we noticed that the areas in the orchard where we didn't interfere were healthier than the areas where we did, so we committed to becoming a natural-only orchard. We don't use any chemicals, do any kind of mowing and only use natural products such as compost to feed the trees. We farm sustainably to cover our costs and no more, which is why our produce is the best nature offers.

We also create fairy gardens from natural products. They are beautiful living works of art that transform with the seasons. They are easy to look after and bring those young at heart a lot of joy.
